As the rising competition of e-commerce on platforms like Amazon and TikTok, etc, all companies are under growing pressure to adapt quickly. In recent years, SIMO-TEK has made consistent strides in upgrading its OEM & ODM services to ensure we can cooperate more effectively with our clients in design & innovation enterprises.
Over the past months, we’ve invested in four critical areas.
Design and Engineering
- We’ve expanded our R&D team with engineers and designers specializing in cross-industry innovation, enabling us to offer faster feedback on your concepts or first design (e.g., material feasibility, cost optimization).
- Also, there are 2 engineers in our team who could make professional mold flow simulation. 2 years ago, we had to let a third party make this engineering analysis for us.
Faster prototyping
- We own special 3D printing and CNC machines to make prototypes for our clients.
- In general, if the design is not too complicated, we can make prototypes in 1-2 days, then we can do the first assembly and other testings.
Precise molds manufacturing
- 6 GF+ mirror EDM, 4 sets Sodick slow wire cutting, and 3 sets precise CNC machines were added in our mold workshop in the last 3 years.
- Precise mold is the basis of the precise & stable injection or die-casting, it's a very important aspect of the business of SIMO-TEK.
New workshops for Carbon fiber and titanium production
- We set up new workshops for making carbon fiber and titanium products especially 2 years ago.
- We are continuing to innovate for carbon fiber products. In the last several years, we have recommended many styles to our clients, and some are very popular in the market.
- In addition to CNC machining and lathe work, we utilized many molds for titanium alloy product manufacturing, specifically to meet our clients’ demands for high-volume production and cost efficiency.

Diverse Material & Finishing Capabilities - Wide range material choices is key for a project success, in addition to ordinary plastic, silicone and metal materials, SIMO-TEK is keeping learning and using new materials, like bio-grade and OPB materials, different carbon fiber and titanium alloy materials etc... - As product aesthetics directly impact market appeal, surface treatment is very important in SIMO-TEK, we invested much to reduce the rejecting rate and ensure the consistency and durability for oil painting, powder coating, plating, anodizing, PVD etc...
